LODGE

Due
to the peaceful and residential nature of our neighborhood no
parties or special events are permitted, and the home's use is
restricted to no more than the number of paid guests (exceptions
can be made for daytime visitors, please inquire as you will need
to receive permission for any extra guests).

Lodge property just 4 doors down the
same riverfront lane, to sleep an additional 4-8 guests. Or, our
Riverwood
Lodge property is just 1/2 mile away and sleeps
an additional 4-8 guests. Lastly, our property
The Old River Lodge
(about 1 1/2 mile away) sleeps an additional 4-8
guests.
NORTHWOODS
LODGE has
everything you need for a great wine country stay. Located just
3 miles from Healdsburg's central park plaza, Northwoods Lodge
is the perfect choice for summer fun, or cozy winter getaways.
There's a fireplace (gas), a fully equipped kitchen, river views,
an expansive deck, a 5-person Marquis spa, a private dock with
kayaks, a Weber gas BBQ grill, and a rec room with ping-pong table
and games. There are 3 comfortable queen size beds and 2 single
beds (two of the queens are special back support mattresses) and
fine, 100% cotton linens, and down alternative comforters. One
full bath is upstairs, and one full bath is on the main level.
The décor includes vintage, northwoods style birch and willow
furnishings.

for up to 2 vehicles (a 3rd may be possible, please inquire). |

as a variety of basic cooking condiments and spices. |

queen bed mattresses, including two special back support edition

level in the room next to the kitchen. (We

EXTERIOR
| Charming
Northwoods "cottage". An expansive deck under the
redwoods has river views, built-in benches, plenty of outdoor
dining furniture, lounge chairs, a 5 person Marquis spa and
a Weber gas BBQ grill. Private dock. |
LIVING
ROOM
In
addition to the northwoods style furniture, there are a
hand bent willow loveseat and chair, a leather sofa, a leather
recliner chair, and a flat screen LCD television (and VCR,
Stereo, CD & DVD player). The fireplace’s gas
flame and heat are controlled by a thermostat, and adjusted
to suit your preferences with a remote control. |
KITCHEN
| The
eat-in kitchen in this "cottage" sized home has
quality appliances and an efficient workspace. The trestle
style table and benches are capable of seating up to 8. |
BATHROOMS
| The
upper level full bath is adjacent to the two upstairs bedrooms
(Bass Room, Trout Room and the sitting room).
There
is also full bath on the main level of the home, adjacent
to the River Room bedroom. |

The
rooms are appointed with high quality, pillow top mattresses
and fine linens. High quality Allergy Guard dust mist proof
casings encase all of our mattresses, box springs, comforters
and pillows. There are three rooms with comfortable, queen-size
beds, and there is a bonus room - a sitting room with a
day bed, having two twin size mattresses. The 3 queen size
rooms all have fine, 100% cotton linens, down alternative
comforters, and premium mattresses (two are special edition
back support mattresses). The twin beds have fun, wildlife
themed sheets and down alternative comforters. Two of the
queen size rooms and the sitting room have clear, operable
skylights with views of towering redwoods. |

DECK
/ SPA
The
spacious (14ft by 35ft) riverfront deck has beautiful views,
seating, and outdoor dining tables. Grill up something for
dinner on the Weber gas barbeque and enjoy river views in
the 5 person Marquis spa under the redwoods, or lounge in
the hammock. An enclosed porch room is adjacent to the deck
and houses watersports equipment and other gear, and provides
access to the main level full bath. |
DOCK
|
Steps descend from the deck to the river, and in season (typically
May 1-October 31, depending on conditions) a private dock
is in place for your use. We provide two kayaks for your boating
pleasure, or just lounge on the dock and enjoy the views.
Go for a swim or try your hand at fishing. This is the perfect
place to relax... (ask about our Winter Fisherman's Getaway
rates). |
REC ROOM
|
We are just putting the finishing touches on our Rec Room
which has a ping-pong table and will offer additional games
for your entertainment. |
RIVER
/ VIEWS
| The
views are beautiful from this location, and this area along
the Russian River is great for swimming, fishing and boating.
This is a perfect spot for steelhead fishing in the winter
months (ask about our Winter Fisherman's Getaway rates). |
